The apartment impresses with its spacious layout covering 90 m² (approx. 970 sq ft). Unlike many small apartments, our vacation rental in Lutzingen offers space for up to 5 people in separate single rooms – ideal for privacy. The heart of the home is the fully equipped eat-in kitchen. Here you don’t have to compromise on anything: a dishwasher takes care of the washing up, while a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and microwave ensure a relaxed breakfast. A TV in the kitchen provides entertainment. The sanitary area includes a bathroom with shower/WC as well as a private washing machine and dryer – perfect for longer stays. An additional separate guest toilet ensures a stress-free morning routine. Naturally, fast Wi-Fi is included for you throughout the entire vacation rental.

Our accommodation is located in the quiet village center. From here, you can reach Dillingen a. d. Donau, Donauwörth, and Nördlingen in just a few minutes. The town of Höchstädt is only 4 km away. Nature lovers appreciate the proximity to the Danube Valley (ext. link), which invites you to take extensive bike tours and walks. If you prefer to end the day quietly, simply use our garden. Garden furniture is ready for you, and by arrangement, you are also welcome to have a barbecue.
