The open kitchen is well-equipped: with two ceramic hobs, a coffee machine, a kettle, and all the essentials, you can comfortably prepare your own meals here. Also on the ground floor, you will find a modern bathroom with a shower as well as the master bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160 cm).

The highlight for children is the upper floor: accessible via a steep staircase, you reach the “Adventure Sleeping Loft.” This cozy, sloped area (ceiling height 50–110 cm) offers three sleeping spots (80×200 cm each) and is designed as a pure sleeping area – a real adventure for the kids while the parents relax downstairs.
